Inadequate crockery, only 1 mug, mismatched wine glasses.

Loved the house with log fire and large tv. Clean carpets and beautiful bathrooms .

Location excellent. Spacious and well renovated. Great open living space and bathrooms . Beds super comfy and clean .

Lights for back patio not working. Toaster not working. BBQ filthy and unusable. Kitchen utensils very old and unclean, draws filthy. No coffee, tea or sugar left out. No tea towels in kitchen.

Comfortable and worth the price

Was comfortable, really good location near all the trails we wanted to go to. We were 4 girls and we had enough space, kitchen was big.

no heating in the rooms, not like the pictures. we got a double bed instead of two single beds. All the rooms are next to each other so we really felt like we were inside other people rooms...

Superb

Great location, very close to the pub (best pub in Halls Gap) and close to all the hikes you would visit Halls Gap for. Wifi worked great, hot water was great, the place was clean and bed was comfy. Not much to be unhappy with.

Only potential criticism is the cost, felt a little expensive for what it was.

Situated within walking distance to the local hotel - however room was disappointing

In a great location not far from a local pub, basic set up clean and a good size, kitchenette was really good.

Bed side lights globes blown, outside light didnt work - dark to get back in at night - couldnt get the door to lock - messaged venue but didnt receive an answer. Apartment was on the cool side despite the heater. Spa had ring of pink mould on lower edge of spa vents. Shower was positioned over the spa not noted in the description. Bathroom fan didnt work. Steps between lounge and bedroom not noted in the room description. Outside wood work patio was slippery when wet.

Comfortable bed. Clean linen..

No inside-door mat so grit on shoes would quickly be all over the floor. Faux gas log fire didn't heat, so used noisy split system instead. No shower screen and water splashed all over bathroom floor and door - door and wall paint rotting and peeling as a result of getting wet.

one bathroom was not in working order needing repairs which I can understand things happen

Quite place plus you can see animals there!

Quite place, Emus, Kangaroos and Kakadus directly in front of our window. Room was large, comfy bed. I would stay there again.

There was a lot of ice in the fridge and after the first night everything we put in was completly wet and a lot of water was inside of the fridge. Maybe we had a powerfail and the ice melted partly. The fridge needs to be de-iced.

we are happy with Rocks Apartments. it was clean and comfortable, we spotted few kangaroos and Emus outside the back door late evening, the location is good, A short walk to the pub for a great meal, and short drive to the halls gap town centre. I got reminded emails prior to arrival to ensure we had all necessary information.

probably over priced and some basic stuff missing.

the apartment was roomy, quiet with good air conditioning.

Bathroom not thoroughly cleaned prior to entering. Blood stains on vanity which was ordinary. also, the unit had a spar bath but not a single place to hang or store clothes. bags had to stay on floor for a week. would a shelf or a rail be too much to ask? we stayed for a week but no housekeeping was offered. we were able to get done clean towels but thought this would be done as a matter of course. finally- don’t bother ringing. No one answered and calls weren’t returned. email was responded to however.

Lovely little place to stay.

location comfy bed gas log fire very clean

Wasn’t anything that we didn’t like, but the timber entrance was slippery when wet. Also the instruction folder needs updating. due to there being no fireplace anymore.

delightful getaway

units were everything you need, kitchenette had all cooking requirements, heating great, beds very comfortable in a beautiful bush setting

wifi was fine outside on decking but not in unit

location was nice, in a great area. accomodation was comfortable, and relaxing with the spa bath.

couldn’t use the tv. needs Netflix.

Our stay in the room was ok. But i would not recommend to family and friends.

The room was clean and tidy. There was plenty of dinnerware, cutlery, utensils, and cookware.

Water pressure in the spa..took forever to fill and if you filled the spa it took 8 hours for hot water to come through again No closet to store clothes or bags. not even hooks to hang anything...but plenty of wall place for these to be installed. No phone reception or internet..and wifi provided the signal was poor. we were provided with tissues...but the box was empty The TV sound was very poor. Ashtray in the back porch area was full of smoke butts on arrival.
