The Space:

Welcome to Serenity Halls Gap 4A, a spacious holiday home perfect for families. The property features four bedrooms, including two rooms with a one queen or two single beds, and two master rooms with a queen bed and ensuites. There are three and a half modern bathrooms for your convenience. The open plan living and dining area is ideal for gathering, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy. Outside, enjoy the private deck, barbecue, and shared fire pit. Additional amenities include a workspace, laundry facilities, electric blinds and air conditioning. We provide all linens and towels for a relaxing stay.



Guest Access:

You will have full private access to the entire house, including four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and a workspace. Enjoy the balcony with National Park views, plus laundry facilities and a carport for a comfortable stay in Halls Gap.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Halls Gap, our home is perfect for exploring the Grampians. Wake up to kangaroos grazing nearby, a treat for the whole family. A short walk from our back fence leads to the town center for ice cream. Outdoor lovers can enjoy the nearby Clematis Falls walk, or hike to Chatequa Peak and Venus Baths. You will find many family friendly dining options in town, or you can enjoy a private meal prepared by local chefs. Visit the zoo for a fun day out, explore local wineries, or book an adventure with local guides.



Getting Around:

Getting around Halls Gap is easiest with your own vehicle. Free parking is available on the street. The nearest major airport is Melbourne Airport (MEL), approximately a 3-hour drive away. Public transport options are limited in this area.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the property features four bedrooms. Upstairs, you'll find two master bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom. There's also a parents' retreat with a lounge and writing desk between these bedrooms. Downstairs, the other two bedrooms offer either two single beds or one queen bed each. A portacot (bring your own linen) and a rollaway bed are available upon request.
