Fantastic location just on the edge of the action, within walking distance of the Old Quarter and the lake. Great staff. Nice comfortable room. We were father and two older children.

We stayed here for 5 nights in the deluxe room and we enjoyed it so much. The room was so spacious, fantastic aircon, the hotel was so central next to the old quarter (5 minute walk) and the ho hoan kiem lake, yet it was very peaceful and excellent value for money with breakfast included. The staff were very kind and we enjoyed our stay so much.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was also ok. A bit hard but rather that than too soft. Flush toilet was bonus and also free WiFi. Luckily there was a lift to get near the 6th floor where our room was.
The breakfast had some variety but cannot compare it with 3-4 star accommodation. However there was enough food and variety and it was tasty.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful.
Money exchange was also available at the hotel which was a bonus!
The staff member also helped with the luggage, which you don't always get.
This hotel in the Old Quarter has a good location for lots of places to eat and especially for people who want the night life!!! A big square nearby (5min) and the Water puppet show theater also 5 minutes and the big lake where lots of different things happen, especially in the evening. Different tour operators also near the lake and other interesting tours. Most tours will pick you up at the hotel IF it is in the Old Quarter.
A perfect hotel to stay if you like buzzing and night life action.
The only thing we didn't like was that the hotel is next to old and dirty shops and the streets are dirty etc. But that is not there fault where the hotel is build. The hotel is very clean.
