From the moment I stepped into Hanoi E Central Hotel, I was greeted with a warm smile. The hotel was clean, tastefully decorated and positioned away from the noise of traffic. Rosie and her colleagues were extremely helpful throughout my stay particularly in arranging a two day trip to Ninh Binh with Heritage Tours which I can’t fault despite heavy rain throughout!

The property is pristine. The staff also cannot do enough for you and a special mention to Rosie. She is a diamond. With regard to the room, it is quiet, extremely comfortable and classy. Very good value for money. Well done to all for making my short stay a memorable one :)

Location was excellent in Old quarter and the staff are exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and caring.
The room we got was old and faced the back of the property so not much light.

First things first, it is the staff that makes this hotel! ❤️
It all starts with Rosie and very helpful correspondence months before the trip itself, with recommendations of tours and other useful advice.
Then it's the check in, in our case Cian (Kian?), who was very chatty, helpful and a very kind introduction to our first Vietnam accommodation.
We sadly do not remember the name of other people in the staff, but everyone was wonderful, THANK YOU!❤️
The rooms are ok-sized, very clean and cared for daily. Very efficient air-conditioning and a great shower.
The location is spectacular, just steps away from the Old Town, where the action is.
The only thing I'd improve is the breakfast, both the variety and quality.
All in all, thank you all! ❤️
