Location is great, it’s within walking distance to the places of interest in the Old and French quarter. Staff are very lovely and welcoming, helpful with recommendations on getting around the city. Room is pretty clean.
Wifi was a bit patchy. No window in the room I stayed in. It rained hard the day I arrived and room felt & smelled a bit damp. I also noticed little centipedes coming out from the drain in the shower.. harmless, really but just surprised me a little. The shower is also either too hot or too cold, hard to get the right temperature.

great location, our room was clean, breakfast was really good. the staff despite trying to trick us during checkin were extremely supportive when they helped my partner while he was sick.
do not fall for the staff’s attempt at ‘upgrading’ you to another hotel nearby. it was bad and we demanded they take us to the original booking. we saw them do this other guests as well.
the room itself is very different from the pictures. the paint is worn off and it looks old
