The staff was amazing, super gentle and accommodating. The location was great, right in the middle of the old quarter and made very easy to access any tourist point of interest.
The room was small, with a tiny window facing the internal corridor.
No natural light, low artificial lighting.
Very noisy room, both from the water pipes (super loud) and from people passing through the corridor. Basically, the walls felt like they were made of cardboard rather than actual walls.
The ceiling was very low and uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was straight in front of the bed header, and made us sick as we had to keep it on 24h, it was the only way to not have mould and huge humidity in the room.
