We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa, perfectly located in the vibrant Old Quarter. With its charming boutique atmosphere, comfortable rooms, on-site spa, and a tasty breakfast buffet featuring some cook-to-order food, the hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient base.
What truly made our trip special was the outstanding hospitality and genuine personal care shown by the entire team. Their warm, attentive service and consistent 5-star mindset turned every interaction into a highlight of our Hanoi experience. A heartfelt thank you goes to the wonderful reception team — Lucas, Tracy, Claire, Vincent, Eddie, and Danny — for their professionalism, proficient English communication, and endless patience in helping with all our requests. Especially Eddie’s great personal hospitality stood out, he generously used his own time to help my sister's family.
Once again, thank you all so much — your kindness and dedication made our stay truly memorable and heartfelt. The hotel is really worth ranking as a 5-star hotel in terms of service quality. We definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Hanoi!
