The entire team is absolutely wonderful. Jimmy, Jenny, Lucy, Lily, Tommy, David, Max all are awesome. Very hospitable and warm. I always stay here whenever I visit Hanoi. It feels like home. Even the staff at the restaurant and Bar are excellent and very warm and caring.

Staff were very helpful and attentive to customer.
We upgraded our room as wanted more space. For an overnighter or longer stay, the hotel is very well priced. If the pool had been available I would rated the motel higher but even so, happy to recommend this hotel to anyone, the hunt suite is very good.
