This hotel is in a fantastic location, and the front desk staff is wonderful. We were looking for help to book a tour of Ha Long Bay. Abee took fantastic care of us, booked the tour and follow up with us to make sure that everything was perfect. She is awesome, and provided amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend staying at The Q.

This was a great place to stay at in Hanoi. Easy to walk to good food, sights, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom in good condition with good water pressure. Staff went above and beyond with the service level as well. Definitely would come back here again.

Back to the Q for the 2nd time, still grateful for the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast is as good as it should be, wonderful stay, will definitely come back again
