It was very clean, the staff were very welcoming and always helped when needed :)
Breakfast wasn’t great, very basic and there wasn’t much room to sit so had to share tables with other people.

This is the 2nd time staying here. Very convenient location, the room was spacious, bed was nice and comfortable. Most of all the staff are super friendly and helpful, particularly Miss Vi and Mr Hieu who had helped us resolved the Halong tour issues so professionally, they also recommended many places for good authentic food which made our Hanoi experience even more memorable.

Great location and the staff were excellent
There was some trouble when we had arranged airport pickup and the cleaning services start really early but the staff made up for it.

The staff and location
Genuine review:
The staff at JaCosmo are genuinely kind and do go out of their way to help and make things right, which I really appreciated.
However, the rooms did not meet the same standard. The bathroom felt dingy and wasn’t very clean, and the hallway outside the room had a strong food smell.
The food was good, but again, not a 10/10.
While the staff are friendly and do ask for a 10/10 review, I would encourage them to accept genuine ratings, as honest feedback helps improve service and cleanliness. When reviews are described as “exceptional” and the experience doesn’t match, the disappointment is even greater for the guest.
