The hosts were amazing and very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Very close walking proximity to everything in the old quarter.

Our room was exactly as pictured in the advertising . I loved it. It had a very Parisian charm about it with the decor , the beautiful doors opening out to a small balcony . The bed was comfortable . Great location - a short walk to the lake and the Old Quarter . It has a lift ( no dragging suitcases up stairs ) The managers were friendly helpful but not 'pushy '
The only small downside was the shower was somewhat challenging - hard to regulate - but we just laughed it off - it's a 3 star hotel in an old building with old plumbing

Our room was quite small but wasn’t really in the room to much so can’t knock it.

Lovely, helpful staff. Great location in the Old Quarter.
The chairs in my room were dirty, stained. The bottom of my feet got dirty from the floor. The breakfast was not very good.
