I absolutely loved staying at My Moon Hotel. It started with the staff... they were so incredibly kind and helpful. My room was beautiful! I loved having tea in my room, and stepping out onto the balcony. Maria set up my transportation to and from the airport, tour activities, gave me local spa recommendations, and anything else I needed. I would recommend to anyone to stay here!

The room was large and had good hot water. And very quiet at night .The location was great .You could walk any where . The Staff was very friendly . Hannah the tour guide arranged trips for us to Sapa and Cat Ba island . We could leave our luggage there. And take a smaller bag for these overnighters. Thanks

I liked everything! It's located just opposite to an army headquarters! so safe place. Staffs are so good and friendly especially Mr. Kevin and Mr. Leo! Both are very good... Kevin provided lots of local information, so I used to ask him all details before I go out! Morning breakfast was very good, decent! Small room with all facilities! Thalong Water puppet show, Beer street, Night Market, Lake all are walkable distance! I loved Hanoi...
