Capsule concept but very spacious for one, privacy and ventilation are great. Location is also great: just a few steps to Hoan Kiem lake, on the other side of the lake from the fun side but in turn it is quiet and great for a good sleep. Room is clean, towels and toiletries are included and refilled in timely manner.

Front door locked at closed during the night- sometimes hard to get staff attention and waiting 5-10 mins

Location
No sound proofing. The room is right above reception with no airtight insulation/ soundproofing. Night shift is a kid playing on his phone on speaker all night. He just can’t stop even after asking twice. In Vietnam one seems to miss the point that a hotel mainly is about letting people sleep.
