The room was beautifully designed and everything still felt new. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the train pass by. The staff were incredibly friendly and even gave us tips on avoiding tourist traps in Hanoi. It felt like staying with friends.

A great base for exploring Hanoi, especially if you want to spend most of your time around the Old Quarter. We could walk to plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions, so we hardly needed to use taxis. The room was modern and comfortable, and it was nice to have somewhere quiet to come back to after a full day out. The breakfast staff were particularly lovely and always welcomed us warmly in the morning. We also decided to arrange some tours through the hotel, and the prices were quite reasonable compared with other options we looked at. Everything was easy and convenient, which made the whole trip feel more relaxed.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Hanoi. We walked easily to Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and even many local restaurants nearby. The room was spotless and beautifully designed with modern furniture. The staff gave us great travel tips and recommended delicious local food places.

Helpful staff. GREAT Breakfast
Plumbing / bathroom issues. Sink drain hose not secured, water leaks under shower glass covering floor, drains emit foul odors, sharp glass at bottom cut my toe when brushed against it. Balcony floor dirty room headboards, tops of TV, fridge etc, not properly dusted
