Probably the most convenient location in Bellagio
There were a lot of steps to get to the property and to get to the room (no lift in the building) and overall no view from the windows.

We really loved everything about our stay in Bellagio! We ate breakfast at a cafe near the ferry. The rooms were nice, we had to get two rooms to fit our family. Loved the restaurant below the rooms!!
I wish we could have checked in sooner, but they had their "off" time of the day, which we understood. You do have to take stairs to get to the rooms, but we didn't mind that!

Room was clean and coffee/tea provided. AC was great and adjustable. Location was great but be prepared to get luggage up a long flight of stony stairs.
Bathroom was a bit small and shower floor slippery. But all was clean. Bed was a little firm for our taste. Better curtains -maybe black out- to keep early and late evening lights out.

The property is well located.
The property furniture is old. The bathroom is trop small. There isn’t elevator. Although, we are old they put us in the third floor.
