Beautiful hotel with incredible views of Lake Como - high quality furnishings, super comfy bed, clean, spacious and bright. Hortus had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing break in gorgeous surroundings. We had a large terrace with sunloungers, a table and chairs. Was great to sit in the morning with a coffee and take in the views or at night when we were unwinding.
Pool area - the pool offered a lovely respite from the heat. Comfy sunbeds and umbrellas for shade. Such a tranquil environment.
Breakfast was delicious - fresh ingredients, good coffee and great service.
Jacopo and family are great hosts. They were on had for any questions or help during our stay. You can tell they take great pride in their hotel and the service they want to give to their guests.
Everything was fabulous. Hortus gave us a great relaxing end to our Italian escape. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunning location with panoramic views. Lovely hotel that has been finished to a high standard. Relaxed pool scene. Very friendly staff.
