Spacious for a hotel room. Its nice that the other 2 separate beds for our kids are located in one corner that gave ourselves some privacy. It is very close to Zurich airport and the hotel provided a free shuttle from airport.
They have coffee machine but no kettle to boil water for my tea.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds and Good location for the airport although the free transfer to the hotel didnt and then next one was 15mins late. Wouldn't usually complain about that but at 10pm with 2 tired kids it was a bit hard work. Getting to the airport though was the tram was a piece of cake and a lot cheaper than their transfers. Disappointing price didnt include breakfast though but late check out was good so we could sleep in
Communication was very poor. Worst of all the hotels we stayed during our visit. Took at least a full day to reply to messages and even then didnt once answer my question and just kept saying the same generic response which was frustrating. Like said disappointing not having breakfast included given the price. Not sure 70F for a family of 4 with 2 small children is a justifiable price.
