Single night stay before early morning flight. Comfortable room. Quiet and clean. Really a pretty long walk from the train station and airport despite it being an “airport hotel”.

We were the farthest away from everything possible and traveling from the airport to your location with bags was very challenging.

Very well sound insulation, you cannot hear any planes.

Nice spacious room but little area besides the floor to place an opened suitcase. Appreciated the facecloth and lotion. A makeup mirror would be nice.
Was a challenge to locate the drop off location for a driver so improving signage is recommended.

In general, room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is kind of expensive than I expected. Food variety is limited for that price.

We were very impressed with the location. How convenient is it to walk from your room to your gate? The supper is convenient and the design and cleanliness are impressive. We love this location. We had a Bday trip to ski country and when we had to go back to the USA we chose a hotel near the airport. We arrived by train from Zermatt and walked to our room without any issues to find it. Later that day after we checked in, conveniently we took the train back to the old city of Zurich to have a little time to walk and see the city. Later we got back to the airport and our hotel... Love Love Love everything about it. The next morning after breakfast we flew back home. Thank you. It was the most pleasant stay at the all airport hotels we have ever stayed.

Walking distance to the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and big. However, no slippers provided in room and need to collect from reception ourselves.
The design of The Circle is a bit strange. You have to go through 3 different levels by lift before you can reach the lobby. Quite inconvenient if you have a lot of luggages.

Great location right at the airport. Our flight was departing early in the morning so it was very convenient for us to stay here the night before. There are lots of food options nearby or within the airport. Great room, comfy bed, nice bathroom.

The hotel was perfectly good for a quick stay before leaving from the airport the next morning.
Our only complaint was that it was hard to find because there is a Hyatt Regency as well as a Park Hyatt, and the signposting is poor after dark, so we went to the wrong Hyatt. Later when we retraced our steps to see where we had gone wrong, we realized that there is only one, poorly lit tiny sign showing where the routes to the 2 hotels diverge.

Just not worths the price

We had a day layover here, and wanted to stay near the airport and wasn’t disappointed. Just a few mins walk, the hotel was very accommodating to us arriving before checkin, and also was able to give us suggestions to open dining options since we arrived on New Year’s Day. The room was beyond spacious for 3 of us, and the bathroom had amazing water pressure. It was restful sleep the day before long travel, and we couldn’t ask for more. Thank you to the staff for being so amazing!

This hotel was so nice and in the best location. The only problem was actually being able to find and drive to where you can drive up and drop bags etc. you actually cannot. You can drive to the other Hyatt next to it and walk over. Would still definitely recommend.

Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight the next day. I take off one star because it was the heating wasn't working so well. So I was a bit cold. Plus the Internet

Nice hotel. Easy access to city. Room had issues: basically zero control of thermostat. Set temp (in winter) to 67 from 71 at 12pm…by 10pm it was still 71. Set it multiple times when seeing it not move. So I slept hot. Chromecast on TV was broke. Phone was broke. Nice enough hotel, and I could excuse TV and phone issues, but being unable to control HVAC is inexcusable.

This was perfect for a one night stay. Easily accessible to the airport and very quiet and clean.
Highly recommend if you have a long layover like I did!

Excellent location at airport for an overnight stay. Friendly courteous and efficient staff. NOT a fan of carpets in the rooms —mouldy and affected my allergies. Wish the floors were not carpeted

It is a very clean and renovated new place. Perfect for airport transit travelers who want to catch up on sleep before catching another flight. But, it is terrible to not have bottled water. Obviously international travelers are not comfortable with tap water no matter how much you vouch for it. You would be well-advised to have some bottled water in the fridge or during check in. Nice views and good wifi.
