The rooms were very nice. The shower was too small for me. The staff at the front desk should have known how to find the bus to the airport.
Also, the first staff person did not know the hotel had bus tickets at the front desk. We were trying to buy tickets at the airport, and we had a hard time doing this.
I stayed at the hotel because I thought the train went about a block away from it. The staff told us that the train is going to be closer when we return on the 18th.
