Location was just outside of Zurich so convenient from the airport. Quite a drive from all the hiking and attractions throughout the country, but we had a rental so no problem. Parking is $25/day with in/out privileges. Staff speaks multiple languages. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable.
Air conditioning could have been stronger, was very warm in the room with no good way to cool down. Reception could have been open overnight for any issues, they could have also provided more than 1 pillow per person. Coffee/tea was a paid amenity when it should be free or at least available to make in the room. Could have provided washcloths, instead they gave large hand towels.
