Frente a aeropuerto! muy limpio y el personal muy amable!
No creo que sea para todo tipo de personas y considero necesario indicarlo. Tuve reacciones variadas entre mis amistades: todo cerrado no podría! no hay ventanas! no podría subir escalera a la cápsula!
en fin... hay que indicar los retos que no todos estarían dispuestos a tener.

The employees specifically the one (man) in the cafeteria tried to rip me off by charging me 20 euros for the breakfast since I didn’t have swiss frank. The breakfast cost CHF11, so he tried to charge me almost double.

Nachts hat es ziemlich oft gerumpelt von den Türen. Da ich schon 60 bin hätte ich besser eine Koje unten gebucht.

Extremamente prático, muito bom curto benefício, minha primeira experiência foi excelente, o banheiro limpissimo e a cabine também, recomendo fortemente ficar nas cápsulas do andar de baixo e não superior. Cama bem grande e espaçosa, a recepcionista me indicou um lugar perfeito para jantar.
Deveria ter a possibilidade de aumentar ou diminuir a ventilação dentro da capsula, de início você chega cm várias bagagens e passa um pouco de calor até o corpo esfriar, fui no inverno (-5 do lado de fora) então imagino que no verão seja bem complicado. Recomendo fortemente ficar na capsula do andar inferior, fiquei na superior e é bem alto difícil para subir e descer a escada não dá muita segurança

Ein ideal gelegenes, zweckmäßiges und sehr sauberes Hotel an der Schnittstelle zwischen Bahn und Flughafen.
Übernachtung in der Kapsel war zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, habe aber sehr gut geschlafen, vor allem wegen der qualitativ hochwertigen Matratze.
Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Guter Weine im sehr gemütlichen Bistro.
Schönes Kunsthandwerk, interessante Bilder und Accessoires.
Vielleicht ein weiteres Handtuch und die Ausschilderung ab dem Flughafen (nicht ab dem Bahnhof, die war gut).

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Capsule Hotel in Zurich and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. This place is located right on the front of the second floor of Terminal 1 at Zurich Airport, the hotel's location and comfort made it an excellent choice for a layover or early flight. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and straightforward, allowing me to settle into my capsule without any hassle. The rest area outside the capsules offered a variety of quick snacks at any time, which was perfect for a late-night arrival or early-morning departure. One of the highlights of my stay was the cleanliness and well-stocked facilities. The bathrooms were impeccably clean and well-supplied, alleviating any initial concerns about shared facilities. The ample space within the capsule provided more than enough room for a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was well-rested for my upcoming journey. In addition to the comfort and convenience, the price of the stay was notably reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Considering the proximity to the airport, the overall value was excellent, especially when factoring in the cost and time of commuting from an off-site hotel. The morning experience was equally satisfying, with a decent breakfast available in the resting area. I appreciated being able to start my day with a cup of coffee and a simple breakfast before heading to the airport. Additionally important, Throughout my stay, the customer service was attentive and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. Staff members were friendly and responsive to any inquiries, ensuring that guests felt welcome and well taken care of.
While my recent stay at the Capsule Hotel in Zurich was generally positive, there were a few aspects that left room for improvement. One notable area for enhancement is the food variety, particularly for dinner. As many restaurants in Zurich close early, having a wider selection of food options within the hotel would greatly benefit guests arriving late or with limited dining options. Expanding the dinner offerings could improve the overall experience for travelers, ensuring that they have access to satisfying meals regardless of their arrival time. Another aspect that could be improved is the soundproofing within the capsules. While the hotel provided a comfortable space for rest, enhancing the soundproofing would further enhance the tranquility and privacy of each capsule, allowing guests to enjoy a more peaceful and undisturbed sleep. Additionally, I found the mattress to be less comfortable than expected, and I believe that investing in more comfortable mattresses would significantly enhance the quality of sleep for guests. Furthermore, increasing the availability of pillows and towels would also contribute to a more comfortable and convenient stay for guests. Addressing these areas for improvement would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience, making the Capsule Hotel in Zurich an even more appealing choice for travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. I hope that these suggestions will be taken into consideration, and I look forward to the possibility of an even more enjoyable experience during future visits.

A acústica das capsulas não é muito boa, então é possível escutar quando alguém sobe ou desce uma escada perto da sua cápsula. Consegue escutar também o som das portas de outras cápsulas se fechando ou abrindo. Mas se seu sono não é leve, isso não será um problema.

Very nice 24 hour breakfast for 11 euro that has cereals, coffee, tea and yoghurt. They have full bar and sandwiches for extra payment. The bathroom cabins have doors and little bench for personal stuff. Sleeping cabins have good
noice isolation, ventilation, comfortable mattress and comforter, few power sockets and few lightning modes.

Clean and very close to the trains and checking into my flight! Julia was so kind and accommodating. She is lovely! The room and facilitates are very clean. The central lounge has a great atmosphere. The beds are comfortable.
Ear plugs are supplied which great, but it is still a bit noisy as people are coming and going.

It's at the airport, perfect for overnight stay when you have an early flight to catch.
There are plenty of bathroom and showers, however not enough sink/mirrors for vanity purposes. So you have to wait for your turn.
Sound proof isn't great so if you're an alert sleeper, you'll hear every movement or sound from other pods.

Location in perfect
Noise all through the night, shouting and slamming doors. When the person below moved the unit rocked! Went quiet around 4am and up at 5am for my flight - had a rotten day. Guess you cannot control some human behavoiur in a compact environment. It was a learning experience and not one to be repeated.

This place is super clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is opposite the Swiss Air check in 1. Since it's in the airport area, can be reached by many choices of transport. I traveled by bus. This place is over my expectation.
There is a space under bunk bed to put luggage but I cant fit the 28" luggage. I have to put it around the corner. When completely close the cabin, it's quite too warm for me. Have to left it open a little to get outside air.

as you would expect from a capsule hotel, there is little to no space. the hotel is quite new, but there is already black mold in the shower. automatic check-in did not work.
