This place was all about location and the helpfulness of the host, Ivan. The location was perfect. Just far enough away from the Old Town to be away from the crowds and the noise but close enough for an easy walk there. Swimming literally across the street. Several restaurants within 5 minutes of the apartment. Picked up the speedboat for the tour five minutes away. 20-minute drive to Perast. You get the picture. Speaking of picture, the view of Kotor Bay and surrounding mountains from the apartment was outstanding.
Ivan was the best. Once we got the communication straightened out (my fault not his) he met us in front of the apartment and even drove our car to his parking space, which we had the entire time there. This was a bit of a surprise because officially, the apartment does not offer a parking space. Maybe we just lucked out that nobody else needed it.
The apartment is very spacious with multiple rooms. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The bathroom was good and the shower (water temp and pressure) were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Washing machine which we utilized.
Wifi worked well. Note: While between travel destinations, without a sim card, you may find yourself unable to communicate with your host leading to problems regarding arrival times, check in etc. Try to get that all worked out while you have access to wifi and before you hit the road. This holds true throughout the country.
The apartment has air conditioning but the blower was only in the front room (most needed) leaving the bedroom a bit warm but not uncomfortable. We ran into this same thing in other places we stayed. Western European and North American travelers should note that Montenegrin aesthetics are not what are commonly seen (or expected) in other European countries. This is not a criticism but rather something we noticed throughout our trip. In some ways it made travel more interesting.

That it was homely , great location , had everything you needed
Maybe have a complete instruction manual about the amenities in property i.e information about switches ( hot water etc).
Felt bad constantly texting the owner, although they were very attentive. I did appreciate that.

Nice View from terrace & easy walk to old town along waterfront.
No shade on terrace. Also sun beds would be great. Might need to update furniture soon.

I was told someone from the agency would meet us, the cleaner left the key in the door
The key left in the door. The only information in the apartment was Wi-Fi details and how to use the coffee machine. The plug sockets hanging out the wall in bedroom.Outside light broken, no outdoor lighting on at night. The toilet was not bolted properly to floor so wobbled, light above sink not working. Kettle lid wouldn’t open.Outside of shower cubicle filthy, outside space horrible and dirty with constant puddles of water. The agency are not doing there job, a guy called round after 3 days to collect payment had to ask about paying visitors tax. The only information he offered was he would take us to the airport for same price as taxi.I had to message on morning of leaving to ask what to do with the key was told to leave it on the table with door unlocked. The apartment next to us had it’s door left wide open for 2days.
