Very well furnished with everything you might need away from home including a selection of snacks and drinks. Very close to the sea with easy access opposite. Many restaurants nearby and the old town is only a short walk away.
Located on a busy road so road noise noticeable at night. However, a pair of ear plugs work wonders.

The hosts, Andrea and Ivan, are very warm, responsive, and welcoming. They gave us many tips on how to get to the sea quickly, the best places to eat, where to park, etc. They stocked the apartment with tons of amenities and welcome snacks, drinks, dishwasher capsules, and whatever else you can imagine. The apartment is very well furnished and full of modern tech, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven.
The location is very convenient. The sea is literally 2 minutes away. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the old town of Kotor, which is best done via the seaside promenade. This saves a lot of hassle with parking in Kotor.
The street outside could be a bit noisy during the rush hour, but it's just traffic sounds and it doesn't interfere with sleep.

The hosts were amazing and would help in any way. Their communication was outstanding throughout the stay.
The location of the apartment was fantastic, 2-5 minutes from the restaurants on the waterfront and kotor beach. A 15 minute walk from kotor old town.

First of all – Andrea is an amazing hostess! She waited for our arrival until late at night and was genuinely concerned about us. The apartment was very spacious and nice, great for 4 adults. I have never seen an apartment so well equipped – literally everything was available there, including a fridge filled with drinks and a cabinet full of snacks! That was real Balkan hospitality.
Other highlights: parking is available; very good location – just 2 minutes from the promenade, 15–20 minutes’ walk to the old town.
Only minus I can see is that it’s on quite a noisy street – a bit annoying if you’re a light sleeper, so earplugs are recommended.
