Location was good with free parking which is a real asset in this town. Breakfast room was well positioned for views of the sea and the young lady in charge of the breakfasts was a beacon of joy and professionalism.

The bedroom was dated and the bathroom very shabby. Note to hotel, the sliding shower screen is off its runner and the pull chord for the light is dirty and broken. The sliding sash windows are in serious need of repair and are historic so it’s sad to see the owners let them become so dilapidated.

Good location, easy walking distance to town and beach. Rooms were clean and refreshed daily. Plenty of storage for clothes and belongings. A good variety of choices for breakfast with was delicious. Staff were very polite and helpful.

It felt very run down, bathroom needs updating, peeling wallpaper, broken socket etc. Entrance to hotel is not great.
