Value for money and location where it setup
Size of the wash room as it is way too small and smallest I seen on Tokyo and I come every year since 2018

For the price I got a good room with a nice view.

Location is very convenient, close by to Sakuragicho for JR line, or Hinodecho for Keikyu line to Haneda Airport. The room was clean and good facilities available, like the laundry room, free skincare sachets/consumables, kettle, TV, hairdryer etc. The price is very fair, you don't receive room service during your stay, but I prefer that as I don't like to be woken up by housekeeping. Staff were very nice at check in and check out, they gave me a scale to weigh my luggage when asked, and kept my luggage secure for the day while I went out. I came back to claim my luggage before 6pm when the front desk closes, so I'm not sure how long they can keep your luggage for. This is my second time staying at Flexstay and I would come again.
The bed was a little too hard for me, and the walls a little thin, you can hear the shower/TV running next door.

Location is not far from the train station. And there are many restaurants nearby.
The room is small. After laying down the luggage. There is no space for movement.
