Property is a bit aged, room very small, beds and sheets not comfortable. 2 Adults & 2 children stayed, even tho kids stay for free, please note the room is only prepared for 2. Therefore only 2 towels and 2 pillows exists in the room. We didn't bother to ask for more as we were too tired and just want to sleep. The mini fridge in the room was buzzing all night, perhaps the room is too small which makes the noise more noticeable. Location is great!

Had a five day stay while attending some concerts in Yokohama. Found the automated check-in machine a bit confusing but the receptionist was happy to help me. Reasonable selection of Japanese and European food at self service breakfast. About 200yds from train station which can get you into central Yokohama in under 10 minutes.

1 min from Skauragi cho station, great view from hotel. Great choice of food in the same building. Excellent help from Ms Hashimoto re transportation assistance to my next destination in Shizuoka, which was a tricky journey for any travellers. Much appreciated the staff service overall.

It was 23C outside so room was very warm. They provided a fan, but that did not help. Otherwise stay was a typical Japanese business hotel. Only a few minutes from Sakuragicho station and Minato Mirai.

Hotel is in a great location close to everything,JR Station and the Tourist information are just across from the hotel.Buy the transit pass and you can travel throughout the city.

Easy to get around for sight seeing. The service is excellent. The room was small, but the view from the room was breathtaking at night. Highly recommend.

This place is Amazing for the price I paid. It had a nice view, great customer service. If you’re looking for a larger room, this might not work out for you. If you are just looking for a place to rest good enough.

I liked the fact that The hotel is within easy walking from Sakuragicho station. The property is within easy walking distance of the Yokohama port area attractions. This is why we chose to stay there What we did not like was the small room size, unsuitable for international travellers with their luggage. The room carpet seemed old and did not look clean, our room had a grey cloth sofa which was dirty and stained (very unusual for a Japanese hotel!) . The bathroom was very small with sink just above knee level for me. There were few concessions to westerners in the breakfast buffet . We would not stay in this hotel again

Stayed 6 days. Rooms were well cleaned everyday. The area is Minato Mirai, so a great location.

Our stay was good just that the check in process is a bit weird as you have to wait till 2pm exactly to check in and there was a line forming which I've never seen in the USA. Check out was much better as you just go to a machine and check out which was super fast! The breakfast was great and I'll remember next time, to just come a bit later so there's no line to stand in!
