La situación, privilegiada, en pleno corazón de Ponferrada. La habitación, suficientemente espaciosa para dos, y muy acogedora.

Aunque no me cabe duda de que hay habitaciones con unas vistas espectaculares, a nosotros nos tocó ver la pared del edificio de enfrente. Que bueno, para lo que estuvimos en la habitación… Pero hay que tener en cuenta que nada te garantiza tener buenas vistas.

Esta muy céntrico y el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y están limpias

Alrededor hay varios pubs y recomiendo tapones para los oídos, porque si no, es casi imposible poder dormir

Our 2nd visit here and thus time we were able to upgrade to the room with a spa bath, it was fabulous. Nice big room and a very comfortable bed. All the staff here are great and very friendly. We will be back Thank you

Great location on the Camino. Across from the Castle. So nice to have heating I could control. The staff gave me a coffee each morning. (I was there two nights)

No stopper for the tub. I did not ask for one and I know it's likely they would have given me one. The room I was in (102) was small (but more than adequate)

The staff was amazingly kind. The food is awesome. I could stay here 3 more days

Wonderful place! Super dark and quiet when the balcony doors are shut. Lovely to listen to the sounds of the street when they’re open. Wifi isn’t the strongest connection but it is easy to connect to, and works pretty quickly when it is connected!

Honestly, not much! Coming from the USA, I think there are certain expectations I have about staying somewhere with a restaurant, but Europe isn’t like the US, so that’s easy enough to get used to!
