Reception staff were excellent - very helpful - recommended restaurants and helped with trips. Room lovely and very traditional. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful.
The lift, while functional, was a bit temperamental and made some dodgy noises. Hot water in shower a bit hit and miss.

Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and the location was good.
The air conditioning in rooms on the third floor was not good and the temperature kept us awake.
