Everything about the hotel was very good including the breakfast in the morning. The owner staff was terrific very helpful and I would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated bedrooms and hotel !
Shower over bath in one bedroom needed a rubber bath mat as it was too slippery .

The location and kindness of the staff
Because of its design, the upper floors are accessed by stairs, but that wasn't a problem for us.

It was beautiful and well appointed. Breakfast was generous. All the staff were kind, helpful, and did everything possible to make sure our stay was top notch. Air conditioning worked great, showers were hot, room was quiet, beds comfortable, and walking up and down the staircase was easy. We loved everything about it.
Pro tip: message the hotel ahead of time for a private taxi to and from the airport or train station. Federico took care of all the details and it was a great way to see famous canals and bridges.
