The location is amazing and the staff was helpful when we found ourselves in a scheduling pinch.

The location of the hotel is ideal, backing onto San Marcos. We paid for a view and it was great that have a view of the Basilica. The square is of course crowded and noisy but it is a vibrant and happy noise. The hotel itself is a bit dark and musty. The breakfast is consistent and good but doesn’t have eggs made to order, only scrambled eggs with bacon. Of course the espressos are amazing. The staff is professional and helpful. There are some steps to deal with in the hotel.

Very good hotel! Can highly recommend it. Great staff an terrific breakfast. Super close to the St Marco piazza. And the church bells. Lovely.
