LOCATION....this facility is literally on the San Marco square, across from the church and next to the Bell Tower,
You had to go around the corner for breakfast to a sister hotel. The staff was helpful and given the limitations of Venice we were able to get the help we needed.

Location, the room was spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom was very large and well appointed. The woodwork and fireplace made this stay very enjoyable.
The only issue I would share was that the mattress wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped it would be. They are likely in need of replacement

Great for location. Rooms looked the part.
Tv didn’t work, ‘double bed’ was two singles together. Shower was difficult to maintain temperature.
