Fantastic location and great communication with the host. Easy check-in and room has lots of character. It was 33 degrees while we stayed and even though the ac didn’t feel the strongest, it kept the room temperature very good.

The property was well located, had good AC and the staff communicated everything really clearly.
We weren’t aware the room was on the top floor, which involved going up 5 stairwells with luggage. Fortunately we were fit enough to do this but an elderly person may struggle to do so.

Amazing in every aspect. Got a free upgrade too. The place is the key. Really good location in centre. 5 minutes walk and you are on the main canal

Close to the Centre
Requested an extra pillow when we arrived, had to ask 3 times before we got it on the last night. The pillows were well last their use by date. Although the bathroom in generale was clean the mould in the shower was hard to miss. Asked for extra coffee pods ( which was offered) got them on the last day!
