Easy location for sightseeing and taxi.
Quiet at night.
Bit of a pain to get into with luggage check in late Eve. Would be better to have lower floor if can’t carry up stairs. Has elevator but were told not to use it.

Property is located near Rome attractions.
Room felt not clean. Bathroom was smelly despite cleaning. Shower water was not hot at all

The location was superb.Near to spots we want to visit..Most of our stay we just walk.
Nothing much to mention, everyone were more than welcoming. The only hiccup was we requested for room make up on our second day but the bed sheet were not replace with fresh one.And there was road maintenance that will wake you up as early as 6 in the morning.

Good location, good size room, air conditioning, good water pressure for the shower, kettle and fridge. Good communication for checking in,
Room felt very basic and old, hard mattress and hard pillows, not many coat hangers in wardrobe.
