Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. The customer service was exceptional—every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made us feel valued throughout our stay. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The only minor downside is that the resort isn’t within walking distance of the beach, so you’ll need to take a taxi or use the resort’s complimentary shuttle service. However, the free shuttle was very convenient and made getting around easy, so it wasn’t a major issue for us.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given a quick tour, which was very helpful since the resort is quite large.
Our bungalow was located higher up and therefore a bit further from the reception, but we were conveniently taken there by ‘golf cart’ upon arrival. The distance was absolutely not an issue for us, as we were able to rent a scooter directly at the resort and drive all the way up to our bungalow and park it there, which was super convenient.
We also had a stunning view of the sea and the beautiful surrounding nature. The location was perfect for us as well — just a short scooter ride downhill and we were right in the lively center.
Definitely highly recommended!

Gorgeous hotel! Room was amazing with balcony doors straight onto the pool
Massive hills to get to your room. Wish the hills weren’t so steep but I suppose all of koh Tao was like this.

the bad is really uncomfortable, the is not enough light in the room and they gave us 2 beds when order was 1 queen bed
