A beautiful and uniquely designed hotel on the side of a cliff.
Very comfy room, clean, quiet and relaxing.
The views from the balconies are stunning.
The dive shop was exactly what we were looking for, small dive groups run by experienced guides, and the flexibility to make sure the dives delivered to peoples experience and expectations.
The restaurant had great food for every meal, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient.
We appreciated how available the staff were to every request.
You pay for the views with the steps up and down to the rooms, but we appreciated the exercise:)
What makes the resort quiet, is also its location away from the main hub, but that means that you will need to hire taxis to get in and out (or rent a motorbike but be very careful the roads are steep!).

What wasn’t to like. The views were breathtaking, I got to watch the sun rise and set above the ocean from my balcony, the staff is so helpful-patient-kind and it’s a great fit whether you are a solo traveler or with loved ones! Thank you so much for such an incredible stay.
Perhaps add more vegetarian options. That’s it!

The place is truly amazing.
They put a lot of effort in the design and details of everything.
The view is breathtaking overlooking shark bay.
We had a great time for 2 nights and we wished we wish we could stay longer.
The beach next to resort is a true gem.
One of the best resort we visited.
Staff was super friendly and attentive.
Pool is great and goes up to 2.2 meters which is fun.
Happy hour every day.

Room was very spacious and maintained with balcony with an awesome ocean view below. Beds are super comfortable.
All in all great experience

On the downside its a bit far from the center, so you need taxi or to rent a car/motorcycle.
There are shuttles 3 times a day to the pier and you need to get back by yourself. The resort’s restaurant is tasty but a bit expensive.
Take into consideration there are a lot of stairs going from one place to another.

The location and ocean views are absolutely beautiful — for that alone, I would give 5 stars. The rooms are spacious, the AC works well, and the beds are large and comfortable. Unfortunately, everything else brings the rating down to 3 stars.
The resort feels stuck in time and badly in need of maintenance and updating. It may have been impressive 15–20 years ago, but today the design feels very dated and sometimes simply strange. It also does not feel like a five-star resort despite being advertised as one.
The breakfast was very disappointing: basic food, little variety and poor quality. My vegetarian and omnivore companions were equally unimpressed. As a vegan, I had almost nothing beyond lettuce and a few basic salad ingredients. The advertised “homemade bread” was clearly industrial/reheated bread.
The Wi-Fi was almost unusable in our room. We could barely open emails, and the cellular reception was also extremely weak. When we asked, we were simply told to work from the reception area, which is not acceptable at this price level.
Other things also felt overpriced, such as 400 THB for only four hours of paddleboard rental. The resort also provides four small plastic water bottles per day rather than a more sustainable refill system.
Overall, the location is fantastic, but there are many better-maintained resorts in Koh Tao with equally beautiful views. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to others.
