Superb location
Less than 5mins walk from Myeongdong station.
Less than 3mins walk from Myeongdong night market.
Breakfast is a plus, though it's just bread with butter n jam
Coffee, tea available 24hours
Water dispenser is available.
Mr receptionist was helpful.
Room size is super small, no space for a luggage bag. I used a small size backpack bag, can only put on floor.
Small size towel, toothbrush not provided

The location. Hot showers and convenient check-in and check out.
Rain water leaked into the room on the ledge, and a few items got wet. Luckily, we had moved our electronics. The room has no curtains, so light from outside kept us awake. The shower didn't have a bottom seal and leaked into the room ,had to have strategically directed showers, and couldn't use the telescope handle on the hook turned into a hand shower.

Friendly and helpful staff, the shared kitchenette, a basic but functional room, good wifi speed. Location next to Myeongdong.
Space to store luggage.
Lack of elevator.
Room hot water is hit and miss, sometimes too hot, sometimes doesnt kick in til after 5 minutes.
No bath towels, only face towels.
Difficult to get Uber as they do not stop in front or property.
