Hotel is nice and tidy - room service comes everyday.
Staff is very polite, kind and professional. They were helpful and open to conversations.
Pools are clean and pool area is well maintained. Towels are constantly changed so there’s always new one for every guest.
Breakfast is tasty, food is fresh and there’s some variety.
The only issue that appeared was wifi quality but during our stay new router was installed and problem was gone.
If you’re not the fan of children you can always find some cozy space further from main pool.
There are nice restaurants and one mini market nearby, beach is also close to the hotel.

Great location, next to the beach; very friendly staff; good and varied breakfast;
The walls in the room look a bit old. The pillows were too high to sleep on, therefore a bit unconfortable.

the room and the bed was comfortable. the pool area was nice

the STAFF! they were amazing. very chatty and helpful and friendly
one of the pools was shut
the location was very remote
the breakfast was nice but, I enjoyed the chopped fruit, but by day 3 this disappeared, the fruit was there but chop your own, they had these hot cheese and ham tortilla wrap things I really really liked but by day 2, gone!! and we were left with eggs eggs eggs and potato cake things- I had potato cake tomatoes and a smoothie every morning, husband had cornflakes. I’m not complaining as the staff were delightful, just there was no consistency to the breakfast.
