10/10 experience — we absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more!
The hotel itself is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. The cave pool is such a unique feature, and the outdoor pool is equally lovely and relaxing. The rooms were an absolute delight — full of character, beautifully decorated with Yucatecan-inspired art, and they really give you a sense of being somewhere special rather than in a generic hotel.
The hospitality was another highlight. The entire team was warm, attentive and genuinely lovely, especially Miguel, Kimberly and Jorge, who made our experience even better. Service throughout our stay was excellent.
They also have a really cool in-house gelateria with a 2D art concept that is definitely worth checking out — such a fun and unexpected touch!
And finally, the food: highly, highly recommended. Everything we tried at the restaurant was delicious, but special credit to the chef for the meat, which is one of his specialties and was absolutely incredible. The quality-to-price ratio is also excellent.
Beautiful facilities, spotless rooms, amazing hospitality, great food and plenty of personality. A genuine 10/10 and a place we would happily recommend!

Great hotel, pools, and restaurant. There's tons of beautiful murals around the property as well. The vibe is so nice. It's a bit away from the center but with a rental car super easy. Staff was helpful and cooked to order breakfast was great. We stayed 2 nights and would stay again!

I don't often give hotels a 10 but W-O-W. This one totally deserves it. AMAZING! Not one bad thing to say about it. If I had known this beforehand, I would've booked a longer stay. If we ever go back to Valladolid, I'm not even going to look at other options, this is the only option.
