We had a very comfortable stay at Native Tower Bridge. The room was comfortable, and the beds were especially nice, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location was excellent, with the Underground very close by, making it easy to get around London. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

It’s a new and modern place when compared to other alternatives. The A/C was working properly that is very important for the hot days. The elevator is also new and large enough.
The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms are definitely another pro.
The keys were not ready in the lock-box at the check-in time, so we had to reach out and wait someone to come about 10 minutes.
We couldn’t receive any answer on how to dispose of our trash (we tried twice but got no response). There were no bins located in the staircase as stated in the tips.
There was some railway background sound for the one of the rooms and there was a music coming from outside after around 5-5:30 in the morning for the other room which might wake you up.
In one of the bathroom, shower enclosure was leaky.

Very nice, modern apartment in a great location. Very well equipped and clean. AC Worked great.
Communication was poor. I think Numa recently took over and the info in the app didn't match reality.Any time there was an issue, you communicate with a chatbot that was difficult and not helpful. An actual human response would often take 20-30 minutes but if you didn't respond much faster, it threw you back in the start of the queue. The human responses felt robotic and not very helpful. Follow through on issues was not very good. I feel like we could have and should have loved this place but there were so many small issues that added up. Other than poor lighting in the bathrooms, the apartment was really nicely set up and equipped. The real kicker though - the WIFI was terrible, truly the worst I've experienced in a stay in many years. I had to work for part of the trip and this made it incredibly difficult. I would probably give this place another try as it was close to being really good, but they would beed a massive improvement to the Wifi to consider it again. In fairness, they did apologize for the wifi and offered me a coupon for my next stay, that will likely go unused.
