About this condo rental
Nestled in Buffalo, this charming condo for $130 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This apartment is 750 square foot with a separate, secure entrance with dedicated off-street parking. There is a full kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and table. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with a queen bedroom sets with plush mattresses. The linens are softest available to pamper you when away from home, and extra firm or soft pillows are available in the bedrooms, along with extra pillows in each bedroom. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub for your enjoyment. The living room has a 42" smart flat-screen TV with cable access and large open area for seating. There is central air conditioning and heating with a dedicated thermostat for the apartment. The property also has a large gazebo with table and chairs and BBQ grill (see owner for use). There are many things to see and do in the area. Niagara Falls is within a short drive with many sights and things to do. The Botanical Gardens, Our Lady of Victory Basilica National Shrine and golfing are within walking distance. Within a 20-minute drive, we have The HighMark Stadium (formerly New Era Stadium) for the Buffalo Bills football, Key Bank Center for the Sabres games and concerts, Sahlen's Field for Bison's baseball, Buffalo Canalside for concerts and access to water activities, Riverworks Entertainment center, shopping at the Galleria or Quaker Crossing Centers, and parks for hiking, beaches and biking (Chestnut Ridge, Woodlawn, Gallagher, Tiff Nature Preserve). Ski resorts are within an easy 45-minute drive.

We loved the property and Steve was very communicative. We had no issues but I'm sure if we did Steve would have taken care of them.
The place was clean, had nice amenities, good parking, and was way better than any hotel at this price. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Instructions for where to park (private lot) and how to gain home access made for an effortless “get in and make yourself at home” entry!
Being that we are out-of-towners, our hosts’ helpful recommendations (in a binder) for local eateries and interesting activities/hot spots consolidated into a made us feel welcomed, intrigued and humbled by what the area had to offer.
We regret that we could have stayed longer…
Not to worry, we plan on coming back next August ‘23 with a larger group of our family. The upper level unit can comfortably meet the needs of a few more people!
Five star experience and stay - kudos to Steve and Pat for their attention to detail, and genuine concern in making our stay comfortable and memorable!
*Did I not mention the home baked banana bread that they had ready for us on entering?!

I rented this property for a friend and me to stay for a few days prior to the Bills Monday Night opener. It meet all of our needs and the owner was great to work with. I recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the area. I will probably rent again if the situation is the same in the future.

We are originally from Lackawanna and were well aware of the area. Having stayed at Steve's property on a previous visit we knew how well maintained it was and all the extra's that Steve provides. Since we would be visiting friends from all over Western NY, this property is perfectly situated with off street parking and easy access to all major roadways: north, south, east or west. All of our future Western NY stays will revolve around our access to this property. It's perfect.

Steve couldn’t have been a nicer person and his communication was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The property was clean and the area felt safe. The homemade banana bread was a nice personal touch (and it was delicious!). The property was 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo and about 25 minutes from Niagara Falls/Canada. Our vacation was excellent, and staying at a nice place without having to worry about anything was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little place to stay at in a Lackawanna! We walked to mass at the Basilica and went up to Curly’s for dinner and drinks in the evening. The location is close to the Outer Harbor. Super host at Suburb Site
From freshly baked banana nut bread to tour guide wall to backyard hot tub, there is nothing "lacking" at this Lackawanna apartment hosted by Steve Grady. My brother and I were on a mission to see all 5 Great Lakes. Buffalo was our first point of exploration. Steve helped us spend our time of 3 days wisely with his tips (spoken and in print)! EVERYTHING we needed was in the apartment minus a few food items like almond milk. I literally hated to leave this place because of the relaxation I felt staying at this unit, on this street and in this lovely town!!

Charming apartment!
We loved our stay here! It was clean, well appointed, well located, and convenient. We had several family members (who acted as our chauffeurs) come up and they were all equally impressed. Steve, the host, is super fast to respond to questions and is available for any assistance. We loved the location and spent many hours walking nearby. Breakfast was an added treat! We would definitely stay again if we have the need to travel to the Buffalo area!

I’ve stayed in multiple home aways over the years with my family, but this one was one of my favorites. The location was beautiful and quiet even in the city. There were lots of places to walk and they had a nice sitting area outside in the rose garden by the house, which was one of my favorite spots at the end of the long days we were vacationing to just relax and enjoy the end of our day outside.
Steve was so kind and easygoing too! We had a flat tire on one of our cars and he helped us pump air to get it to the mechanic, provided us towels and other gear to be able to go to the beach (which by the way, is only 10-15 minutes away from there!) and that banana bread! Oh my goodness!
It was nice to get away. And this place definitely felt like a home away from home. I had no issues, no complaints, everything was fantastic. Will definitely stay again next time I have a long trip to the area planned!

A Perfect Stay: An example for anyone renting out their property
Steve was a perfect host and the apartment was perfect in every detail. Booking the room was easy, well-communicated and quick responses to any questions. And of course I had a couple. Directions to the place was spot-on, check-in was seamless and Steve met us to help us get acquainted with everything.
Loved the keyless entry, it gave you a sense of security because the combination is changed between each guest. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and OMG, they baked a delicious homemade banana bread for us! The kitchen had everything you could need. Steve even left some sundries in the fridge for us.
My brother lives near Buffalo and I plan to visit more, and will book my stay around Steve's apartment's availability. And on a side note, I own a house in Maine and offer it on VRBO. I will be "stepping my game" and trying my best to match how well Steve hosts his property, with my future guests. Bravo!

Steve was so accessible and helpful! He was very understanding as my travel plans kept changing and he was willing to give me a refund when my 4 day stay turned into a one day stay. I was going to rent the smaller of two apartments Steve had listed as it was only my daughter and I traveling, but Steve was doing work on that apartment and so we stayed in the larger one. It was very, very comfortable and lovely! I highly recommend for a large group! We felt very safe in the area and appreciated the dedicated parking lot across the street. The beautiful Catholic basilica, was just down the street and we walked there in the morning. My daughter and I both highly recommend this apartment, and look forward to staying in the smaller apartment next time!
