Stylish, convenient location, quiet
No breakfast available. There wasn’t really enough space in the tiny room to make your own breakfast or wash the dishes - there’s no kitchen. No room cleaning - I stayed from Monday to Friday and the waste bin was overflowing by the time I left. There are no staff on the premises, I had a code to enter the house. The breakfast dishes were changed on one day after I called the owner, but that was it. The towels were not changed during the week and there was no indication that this was available. As it was summer I could dry the wet towels on the window sill, but there really should be an option to change them. So the service is the absolute minimum and at this price, frankly I expected more.

Honestly, this is my first time writing a review because this hotel truly surprised me. I felt like I was staying in a palace. The design of the hotel was beautiful and completely unique for me.
During this short trip, I didn’t have a car, but the tram station was right in front of the hotel—only about a 2-minute walk—and it took around 15 minutes directly to the main station.
The room was clean and the environment was quiet. I hope that on my next trip, they will have availability again so I can stay here.

Really felt like living in a royal room, which have a well-equipped kitchen. It's the perfect place to stay with your family as well. Located very near to the tram station, so you have easy access to other places, as well as have direct tram connection from Potsdam Hbf.
I didn't dislike anything, but I should mention that one needs to go downstairs to access the kitchen and bathroom from the bedroom. The stairs might be difficult for small children and older adults. However, I didn't find it difficult.
