The views were amazing. The staff was very kind, helpful, and flexible. The breakfast was simple but delicious. And dinner a la carte had all the regions' classics but also more commonly accessible food.

Amazing View. I got sick one day, and the staff took care of me. Amazing views. The staff do not speak english so its a little tough to figure things out but with google translate you can manage anything. Would totally go again. Loved it.
I thought my room would have a fridge. It did not. It was not listed as a item in the first place but I expected it. The Hotel is a little far from the town center. It's a easy downhill walk there, but not an easy uphill hike back to it. You can take a cab for 30 gel. The internet was spotty and often down.

The people in the restaurant were really friendly. Everything was good but somehow we didn’t really understand how to regulate the radiator in our room till the last night. So the two first nights were really hot. The terrace was really nice. I recomennd to buy a bottle of wine in the restaurant and enjoy it on the terrace:)

It’s too cramped, the beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast was bare minimum
