Clean, fresh, friendly staff, free car park, right on the beachfront, very tasty breakfast. Lots to love about this place.
Noisy street outside (may have been because Saturday night) and no fault of the owners themselves!

The rooms are facing onto a road with no double glazing. So you hear everything as if the bed was in the road other guests remarked the same .you could even hear conversations from the street into the bedroom. Its a shame because this was what let things down .

I liked the space provided in the suite I booked and that I could regulate my own temperature for the room.
Bathroom: door did not close properly easily rectified with easing of the bottom of the door. Floor of bathroom not clean, I saw some white fluff around the edge of the floor and wiped it with a baby wipe - baby wipe was black. Tried also other areas of floor which were not clean.
Most urgent and important is that there is no grab rail on the wall inside the bath - very dangerous trying to negotiate a shower and trying to get out - you need this installing on all your showers - my friend couldn't use his 'wet room' shower as nothing to hold onto.
Cleaning overall of room and hotel not really up to standard.
