A short walk from Light Rail means this is great for coming in from the airport, or going north to UW. Two blocks off busy street so it’s quiet. Parking pass available if you have rented a car and need to park on street. Host was quick to follow up to random questions.

Stayed with 8 friends and had the best trip to seattle of our lives. Caught two concerts and one mariners game. Walking distance from all the bars. Scootered from lumen field home. Walked from space needle home. Played soccer at the park at 3am. Needless to say it we put some miles in and didn’t spend too much because of how great the location was. Great neighborhood and great hosts. 9/10 would rent again. My one small little complaint was that it was a very hot weekend in Seattle but there’s more then enough fans in the home even though there’s no a/c.

The home owner/manager was very attentive and helpful. The property is well-maintained and centrally located, so it was easy to get to restaurants, tourist destinations, and Seattle University. There was ample space for our family of three, which was great. If you have mobility issues, be aware that there are two levels of stairs. Also, if you're used to AC, be aware that this home, like many homes in Seattle (as we found out), use fans, not AC. We were comfortable even in August, so I'm not complaining. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and a big part of that is because we picked the right home. Big thanks, Peter!

My son and I had a great stay at the townhouse in early/mid March (while visiting area colleges). Peter was one of the best hosts I have had in years of doing Airbnb (and other online marketplaces)! Communication was super quick, check-in/access was very easy with keypad, and the place was as advertised (note: master bedroom no longer has round bed; current bed was very comfortable). The Capitol Hill location was perfect for us, as almost everything we wanted to do was either in walking distance or very close by via car. Street parking was not too difficult (more so at night, but we always found a spot within a few blocks) and the residential parking pass was so convenient. Most importantly though, Peter went above and beyond accommodating several special requests I asked of him (guaranteeing very late check-out in advance, providing a desk and chair as an extra workstation for us (that he even had to put together himself), and even shipping an item that my son accidentally left behind). Would definitely stay again!

Lovely spot on a quiet street but in the heart of the Capitol Hill dining scene. We walked to at least 4 excellent restaurants during our visit. Also very convenient to the Link Light Rail, which makes it easy to visit UW and downtown.

Easy walking to volunteer park where our niece was married and an easy stroll home from reception venue. Two bedrooms and each with their own bath/shower added to the positive experience. We didn’t need (nor come across) the provided parking pass which allows you to park on street overnight - you would have to find a spot. Checkin on site stated 3:00 however Peter (who is phenomenal to work with) informed me it was 4:00. Fortunately, we were able to drop off luggage earlier as we had an event to attend. We did make breakfasts and some lunches. Kitchen suited us well. Seating for four at breakfast bar or you can try popping up coffee table. We ended up more comfortable just sitting around coffee table at its normal height. We were wishing the kitchen included a spatula for flipping our eggs but made due with a spoon. (We think we found the broken remains of one left by a previous renter.) I highly recommend the location and accommodations!!!
