THE HOME
Three floors of thoughtfully designed space with skylights, sleek modern interiors, and hotel-grade Simmons Beautyrest mattresses throughout. The rooftop deck on the third floor is the centerpiece — furnished, open-sky, and framing one of Seattle's most photographed views. A fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and central AC make this as functional as it is well-located.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Capitol Hill is consistently ranked Seattle's best neighborhood for dining and nightlife — and from Summit Ave E, you're in the middle of it.
