Great location. Near Cancer Center and south end of Lake Union. VERY comfortable bed & great breakfast. The room where breakfast is served is beautiful, spacious and cheerful with lots of natural light!

$30 parking fee - never identified in any price quote. It turns a reasonable price for the stay into and unreasonable price.

Construction noise from 5 am.

This place seems clean and breakfast was convenient. Our room was ok and comfortable in general according what you can expect for this type of hotels.

It was ok but a construction noise started about 5am that does not allowed us to rest properly. We just stop to sleep there and continue our trip in the morning but the paid price was a bit higher than expected especially taking in consideration the noise in our room.

Not worth the money spent.

Did not eat.

I did not feel the front desk person who was particularly warm or kind upon my arrival. Rather, they seemed annoyed with me and my questions. The parking garage level 1 was full with the exception of a few spaces that no car could fit into. So, I had to exit the parking garage and go back to the front desk to find out where I could park. I was then told I could park on the second level, but I needed to go up the wrong side of the ramp, park my car, get out, walk around my car to put my card in the card reader, then go back to my car and get in and then go park. It was 11 o’clock at night and I had been up since four in the morning at University of Washington Montlake. A little kindness, and a little ease might’ve gone a long way toward a better review. However, the kicker was the hair on my sheet. Slept in my clothes, too tired to complain to a bleh front desk person. Gross.

view of the lake, location: a little of, but close to everything, breakfast was good

breakfast smell … my room was in the 6th floor, breakfast was served in the 3rd floor, but there was a very distinct breakfast (bacon) smell in the morning

Excellent stay.

Amazing views of Lake Union, Queen Anne, and Gasworks Park. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful

Pleasant stay, but was surprised by additional fees - not good.

Clean room. Good breakfast.

$30 parking price was exorbitant and hidden in fine print along with fees. Would have chosen another hotel if these costs were highlighted better. Not trusting of your services going forward.

Great family-friendly facility.

Breakfast was phenomenal and quite a variety. The beds are so comfortable and the pillows were fluffy.

No view. Coffee in the bathroom? No thanks.

very comfortable.

The front desk staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. We extended our stay in Seattle but switched from another hotel to this one, this one was cheaper but much nicer, better view, nicer mattress and linens. It was a nice surprise.

the hotel serves the purpose and we were close enough to transit that we made it work.

easy to get to. close yo tram. clean. friendly.

location is isolated. you have to walk quite a ways to find a nice restaurant or pub. breakfast ends too early. would have been nice if it went a bit later. they put the coffee and coffee pot in the bathroom. that’s gross. i moved it to the living area. it’s a bit dated but still okay.

Great location with a mediocre room and HORRIBLE parking garage.

The parking garage was a nightmare. The roof was extremely low and I had to navigate it just right or my car would hit pipes or their signs. Extremely small spots and again, just a nightmare of a garage. All would be forgiven, but parking is an extra charge so…if I’m going to pay for something, I expect more than this tiny garage.
