The room was nice but very dark. I think the rooms need to be painted a lighter color. The lighting in the room was not enough. I just like bright well lit rooms with lots of lights.

It was easy to get everywhere from this hotel.
The ad approached false advertising. I paid for a bay view. Which I had. But u also saw the industrial boat space up close. It wasn’t really worth the extra money.

The room was very nice and I liked being able to open and latch the balcony door.
I wish hotels would start to put grab bars in the shower. Aside from that,it was excellent.

The size of the room, the walk out to patio, the overall amenities. The friendliness of the breakfast staff and the constant maintenance of the breakfast areas. Excellent gym - clean, everything worked, materials to keep the areas clean, water and towels were available and staff were in to upkeep the maintenance.
Pubic hair on the towels, toilet maintenance not done, maid staff walking into my room an hour before I checked out, the staff at check in failed to tell me anything about the hotel after I stated this was my first time at their hotels, the evening staff when I asked where breakfast and the gym were- were very short with me almost frustrated. When I called to ask if they can tell the staff to talk to their maid staff to not enter room if people are still there she said they should knock first but I didn’t hear because I was in the bathroom- she was defending the staff member for entering my room.- I was only there for one night.
