Our stay was great and everything went well! The only thing that was confusing was the two lobby’s. We got parking but did not have access to the SL lobby and had to have staff use their badge to access the SL through the elevator.

Room was nice. Location was good. I would have said definitely recommend but there was a mix up with the billing and we got double billed for the stay. After 3 phone calls to try to have the charges reversed, spoke to three different people, was told twice to contact my bank they finally realized it was their error. Didn't even get an apology for the inconvenience for their mistake. Lots of places to stay in Seattle, I can't recommend after my experience.

Hotel is fine. Downtown Seattle is filled with trash. Looking out of the hotel room there were beautiful buildings, but the ground is covered with garbage

Bathroom had mounted shampoo, conditioner and body soap. All but conditioner was empty—which we learned in the shower (right before check out). Park conditions are difficult. No clear direction if you park on the first level on how to get back to your car (but great at telling you when you check in it is first come dust served).

Aircon extremely loud so has to be switched off at night time, fridge is tiny, so not really useful. Room cleaning we obtained after complaining (we asked 5 times for it). Management's attitude was professional then. All in all we found it a little bit overrated. In the nearer environment no restaurants, but bar in hotel offers a variety of meals which are suitable for a small dinner.

I thought it was utterly ridiculous that we paid over $200 per night, and that our room included an exercise pole, yoga equipment, and a rubber exercise ball, but you only had housekeeping every 7 days, and only a couple of coffee pods for the coffee maker. Very poor priorities!

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! We'd booked because the price was right and it looked close enough to downtown, but we loved how easy it was to get to (literally immediately off the highway) and also how clean and safe the area felt to walk around in. The parking situation is definitely tight quarters, but was to be expected after I read other reviews and really wasn't that much of an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean well appointed rooms. The staff was very helpful. Onsite parking a bit narrow and slots are small I do not recommend bringing a truck or large vehicle although I managed to park my Volvo station wagon without too much trouble.
