This is an ultra-modern hotel. Rooms are small but have very cool features. Everything in the room can be controlled by a bedside ipad; blinds, TV, lighting, color mood, etc. Location is great to walk to many local attractions.
I didn't mind this at all, but if you are traveling with children and want space in the room, this is likely not the hotel for you. The street noise, such as sirens at night, could also be an issue for some, but I think that's just the reality of Seattle.

Cool style and great place to stay for a quick stay in Seattle. Bar and restraint open late which was helpful.
Pricey hotel for small room.

It is very modern and clean. I like the minimalist style of the rooms. The location is great, accessible to places I want to visit.

Lobby, work area in lobby, bathroom facilities near the gym in the basement were nice and well-kept.
Food offerings were really limited, so that part was not any use to me. The automated app-driven approach to the hotel is glitchy. We arrived late in the evening after a long flight. Our room was supposedly ready, but the room key card did not work. We were assured that we were doing something wrong. After multiple trips up and down the elevator (late at night... tired...), we were told the room was 'blocked', whatever that means. Another room was made available... it was about 30 minutes after our arrival. I don't like the iPad-driven room for everything, ... lights, shades, etc.
