Modern and well located hotel. Spacious rooms.
Let me tell you how bad housekeeping and service was in general. I arrived at 11 pm… no soap, no toiletries, old pubic hair in the couch bed, dirty dishes, dirty cups… housekeeping is terrible at its job…. They don’t do a good job and they don’t even clean daily… I might as well stayed in an AirBnB and at least I know there is no housekeeping and I would have spend way less…. But I pay a decent hotel and don’t really get hotel experience. Breakfast is quite terrible… from 5 forks I grabbed, 4 were dirty with old food…. I guess they just passed them manually through eater and that’s it… same for every silverware and dishes…. Disappointing. Food quality also pretty below average.

Lounge not open til 5pm. Only one bartender/cook….waited long time for drinks and food. Happy hour was only one drink.

It was convenient and clean.
We arrived at the property at 10:00. We gave them our bags and we were told to come back at 4:00pm. We arrived before 4:00 and while others checked in we waited in the lobby until nearly 6:00pm. Im sure that our check in time is logged, in case i was wrong with the time. The desk staff were nice and apologetic, however the long wait was unacceptable. We would appreciate something from the hotel in return for the unacceptable wait. The short time at the hotel was cut even shorter as we had an early check out time.
