The location, the comfort and the breakfast
Their parking lot was full, so I had to park in the public parking garage across the street.

Staff was nice, shower was incredible
Your policy of charging $25 to get access to our room 3 hours earlier because our train arrived earlier than 4pm check in was incredibly off-putting. The Inn at the Market and Paramount Hotel where we’ve stayed in the past did not do that. That money grab was unnecessary. And to say to someone the room is ready to go, but we want more money to let you up earlier - after we were already spending $1,000 for two nights…..tainted the entire weekend. I hope you all enjoyed that $25.
